Fay helped us plan a Euopean River Cruise which we took this past June/July 2024. It was exceptional! She arranged it all, including hotels, transportation and optional excursions during pre and post cruise. Fay was available to answer questions before and during our trip and offered an incredible amount of information. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable. We highly recommend her and will go to her for our future trips without reservation!!

My trip to Costa Rica was fabulous! This is a very negotiable country, with friendly, helpful people who speak enough English and encouraged us to speak Spanish. As you know I am 75 and was there with two teenage grandchildren. We were hoping for an active vacation. We went hiking in the rainforest, zip lining above the canopy and boating on a river near the ocean to see animals of all kinds. All our excursions were delightful. None were difficult for me. We stayed at two resorts, The Springs near Arenal Volcano and the Westin on the Pacific shore. The Springs was outstanding. Our room was lovely and had a huge window that framed the volcano. People there remembered our names and what we liked to eat…also that my granddaughter has celiac disease and cannot eat gluten. They provided special foods for her without needing to be reminded. They took care of us in every way. The hot springs there were a luxury. Also on site we’re lots of activities including horseback riding and a nature reserve which we enjoyed. The Westin was also wonderful…and right on a beautiful beach. It was all inclusive so there was no stress about food which was very good. Lots of exotic animals to see here and a chance to relax at the pool and ocean. We had an upgraded package here and again they were prepared to care for all of our needs. They knew us and frequently helped us with reservations and other needs. All in all, this was a vacation that we all will remember always. Thanks for your help planning this special time. It was my first experience using a travel agent. And I will never go back to planning my own vacation again. Fay, took all the stress away. She was professional, honest, and available even while she was abroad. My trip to Miami was amazing. The hotel was fabulous! It started off a little rocky but we worked everything out. Fay is an absolutely wonderful travel agent. She planned a dream vacation to Iceland for us and it could not have been a better trip. Fay listened to what we were looking for and delivered. These ladies rock! BNI WeHa Synergy Chapter wanted to provide some much-needed entertainment and do something helpful for our community at the same time. In July 2019 three of us traveled to England, Wales and Ireland for 3 weeks using Fay as our cruise planner for the Queen Mary 2 and for flights to and from the US to Dublin. During the many months of planning she was extremely professional and informative. She updated us when necessary and was always readily available for the many questions we asked. One of us in our group writes the following: “Fay came to my aid when my flight to Dublin was canceled and I frantically called her at 9:00 the night before my plane was to leave. She assured me that she would take care of me and true to her word I was on another flight at 5 pm the next day. I was so very grateful because I didn’t miss a tour of Stonehenge scheduled for the following day.” We would definitely use Fay again for cruises, traveling outside the US or extended vacations with tours.

My husband and I just returned from the most amazing trip that we have ever taken! Fay was our travel agent for our 16 day trip to the French Polynesia. She is so professional and gives you personal one on one attention when planning your special vacation. We didn't have any issues at all and the trip was perfect! Car service was where they were supposed to be at each destination and she really chose the perfect places to stay! I have recommended friends to Fay and they were extremely pleased as well! A dream vacation is only as good as the down-to-earth details, and Fay deHaas handled those with the precision of a Swiss clockmaker, even though our trip was in Italy. Fay amazes us again and again! My husband and I had a wonderful experience in 2012 when she planned our trip of a lifetime - to Hawaii. Since then, we have returned for her expertise on a trip to Sedona in 2013 and again this year. Fay has also helped us with my birthday trip this July to the rainforest in Vancouver BC. Fay is unfailingly knowledgeable and responsive to our travel needs. Planning a group getaway was a daunting task, considering eight women who had different ideas for a special vacation. Fay was the perfect professional to help harness our thoughts, present great options, and book our trip within a budget that worked for everyone. Fay booked our Honeymoon Cruise to the Bahamas and she gave us some GREAT tips on fun things to do! The cost of the cruise was so LOW! My husband and I had beautiful, memorable, and fun Honeymoon! The best part was the bottle of wine she ordered for us that was waiting in the room when we arrived! Thank you Fay! I was part of a team for the Holistic Mayan Cruise where there was 200 + attendees where my part was focused on providing the AV needs for our Cruise. Fay was the go to person who went way above and beyond on so many levels covering so many attendees varying needs.
For those running events on the Cruise she made all the arrangements connecting us with the appropriate personnel to best meet our needs. It was always comforting to know that when a question or request was asked that it was in good hands and similar to a bull dog mentality Fay would work at it till she had the answers you requested.
If you are looking for someone that knows the in's and outs for your adventure Fay is the person you will want in your corner.
